Risk Management is often treated as a theoretical process with far too little input from the real world.  This goes against the blindingly obvious fact that it is exactly those risks and hazards that have to be assessed!  Our approach is very different as we come to the subject from a training not a Health & Safety point of view.  Never nit-picking at exactly what sub-section of which Regulation has been broken but rather - how to get it sorted!  Our staff deal in, and with, clients’ practicalities.  Examples are always specific and meaningful to both individuals and their business settings.   The importance of Best Practice is never underestimated and our Trainers are continually updating their knowledge and experiences.  This is then shared with delegates who, in turn, take it back and reap the benefits in their workplaces. We always appreciate how difficult it is to release staff for training so we are very flexible:

We’ll come to your premises or – to take advantage of getting away from day-to-day distractions – a venue near you or we have the facilities to host your session at our training centre in Somerset.

·   Times

Normal working hours, evenings and even weekends – we are completely flexible.  We understand that you have a business to run and, if the only day available for training is a Sunday, we’ll be available on a Sunday!

·   Content

Our experienced staff always deliver practical, jargon-free and enjoyable sessions that enable both delegates and their organisations ‘get their heads around’ Health & Safety compliance.  One size doesn’t fit all, however, which is why we customise the content to industry specific, knowledge levels (someone well on the way to compliance doesn’t want or need chapter and verse on the basics).  All our training is, therefore, to some degree bespoke.
