We understand where the line is drawn between the Franchisor’s duty to support and their franchisees’ responsibility for Health & Safety compliance.  Whilst legally it is the franchisee that is liable if their Health & Safety fails, in the real world it will be the FRANCHISOR’S name and business that will be sullied.  Bad publicity can so easily ruin the reputation and integrity of a good, supportive Franchisor - nullifying at a stroke their very considerable investment in creating their brand and its attractiveness to new franchisees.  The ripples will also be felt throughout the whole franchise network.  Confidence and morale will suffer with unsettled franchisees often looking to re-sell before the brand has had a chance to recover.

Whilst an individual franchisee can purchase our Health & Safety Pack (YOU DO IT) in whatever sector version is applicable, our particular expertise is in developing a truly bespoke package for a specific franchise operation.

Supplying Health & Safety from initial start-up training, through retainer schemes to annual updates on new legislation and best practice, we will keep a franchisee’s business and their Franchisor’s interests safe.  This may include training on your premises or ours at times to suit the needs of the business.  We are unique because if the only day you are closed is a Sunday – we’ll train on a Sunday!
