then our coaching service will suit you perfectly.

Our Coaches are not only experienced in Health & Safety but also in the specifics of different industries and business set-ups.  They have often worked in the same positions as the individuals they are coaching (e.g. an ex-Practice Manager helping a GP Surgery and a Designated Premises Supervisor coaching a pub Landlord) and are very approachable and down-to-earth.

Coaching sessions are jargon-free and enjoyable; they are equally effective for those starting from scratch or dealing with piles of documentation that might look extremely impressive but are sadly out-of-date.  Using the appropriate version of the Pack as a framework, in just half-a-day, an incredible amount can be achieved.  A Policy Document will be produced, responsibilities delegated and future actions planned.  Whether as a 1-2-1 session, with a small group of staff or a combination of both there is always time to cater for individual needs.  Also if we visit you, actual Risk Assessments can be carried out and real practical solutions to difficult issues discussed and agreed.  Coaching starts at £410 per half-day with a mileage fee of 50p per mile + VAT.  This is, therefore, an extremely cost and time effective way of getting a complicated and onerous job done.

WE KEEP ON DOING IT TOGETHER

This is our bespoke RETAINER SERVICE that can be as comprehensive or as minimal as each business and its staff require.  As each arrangement is a one-off, prices are supplied once the scope of the Retainer is agreed with an individual business or with a Franchisor to supply a network.  It may just consist of regular reminders of actions due or for us to carry out Risk assessments on-site.  Whichever is appropriate, we will be there ensuring that our clients’ Health & Safety remains HASSLE-FREE!
