suit you perfectly. |

Our Coaches are not only experienced in the NHS and Primary Care
but also have managed the Health & Safety in their own
surgeries. They are very
approachable and down-to-earth.
When it comes to how surgeries work ……..our coaches have
seen it, done it and if they haven’t got the sweatshirt
- they know someone who has! |

“Thank you so much for your
coaching session with us last week. It was so good for
us all to work together on the Pack policies and forms
with you there to guide us. It was also useful to walk
around the surgery getting your advice on areas that
concerned us. After just half-a-day it’s all done &
dusted with any remaining tasks shown clearly on our
individual Action Plans.
No problems keeping it up to date
either.
It’s a real burden lifted – what a
relief!”

Coaching sessions are jargon-free and enjoyable; whether held as
a 1-2-1 session, with a small group of staff or a combination of
both. Using the Pack, an
incredible amount can be achieved in just half-a-day.
A Policy Document will be produced, responsibilities
delegated and future actions planned.
Also, as we are at your surgery, actual Risk Assessments
can be carried out and real practical solutions to difficult
issues discussed and agreed. |

Coaching sessions are equally effective for Practices starting
from scratch or dealing with a pile of documentation that might
look extremely impressive but is sadly out-of-date.
Fees of £425 per half-day
with a mileage fee of 47.5p per mile + VAT make this, therefore,
an extremely cost and time effective way of getting a
complicated and onerous job done. |
